DIGI-TEXX trains image processing skill for employees |

With the purpose of building highly skilled team and preparation of strong human resources for image processing projects, from 07th of July 2012, DIGI-TEXX organized internal courses to train image processing skill for employees.
Each course lasts for 2 months with maximum 10 employees. Training time is flexible arranged in Saturday afternoon to ensure company service level, each session lasts 4 hours. The training content is built close to the practical requirement of image processing projects, focusing on helping employees get used to the features of the image processing software, understand project process and especially pay attention on training of basic skills of image processing such as cropping, background removing, color adjustment, shadowing, ... At the end of each course, employee will be evaluated through knowledge test and poster design. Based on these results, DIGI-TEXX will have measures to particularly support and retrain employees who do not meet requirements. "Image processing skill” is one of internal training plan of DIGI-TEXX, which helps employees improve their knowledge, diversify skills to be able to participate in various projects of the company. Since the end of 2011, in addition to traditional services such as BPO, data processing, data conversion, etc ..., DIGI-TEXX developed image processing services to expand the business portfolio. The "image processing skill" course is organized to prepare the human resources for the next coming projects, while the customer demand is increasing and Vietnam is predicted to be one of the potential markets of global image processing services.
