With a high volume of permanently available documents and records, it is advisable to access a digital archive system.

Any type of documents such as invoices, contracts, books or magazines can be scanned in black and white or in color with our high-performance scanners.

The scanning service is offered by qualified staff both on-site at the customer or Off-Site in our premises.

Our scanning service includes:

•    Edit and preparatory work (staple removing, unstapled, smooth, etc.) of various documents, invoices, contracts, books or magazines

•    Scanning with high-speed Kodak scanners, using professional scanning software

•    Indexing of documents

•    Data conversion to requested formats: TIFF, PDF or JPG format on CD / DVD media or online provision.
